Who you are working with:
- You work in a team and at the same time you are also the boss on your own tour
- Your supervisor, our trainers and the works council are available to you as contact persons at any time during your onboarding.
- Together with the whole company, you will continue to write the success story of the Capital City Post!
What your job with us looks like & what we want:
- In the morning, you sort the letters by street and house number with your colleagues at the depot, then you're on the road for most of the day, delivering the letters in your neighborhood with your PIN bicycle
- Step by step you will get to know every hallway and every mailbox on your tour - until you are a real professional
- In the afternoon you come back to the depot and finish your working day with your team
What we wish for:
- You are confident cycling in Berlin traffic and enjoy taking responsibility
- You are weatherproof and enjoy working outdoors
- You already have experience in letter or parcel delivery
- You are willing to work up to 5 days a week
- You have German language skills at least at level C1
- You remain friendly even in stressful situations
